In the actual operation of the fiber laser cutting machine, when the nozzle and the laser output beam are not coaxial, in order to ensure effective cutting and avoid problems such as too wide cutting seams, nozzle damage, and melting stains on the cutting surface, the laser needs to be adjusted to the center of the nozzle. The following is the adjustment method for your reference.

Preparation: transparent tape, hexagonal key

Principle: The left side of the picture shows where the laser head is adjusted, and the right side shows the corresponding cross-sectional view. The laser head adjusts the center of the light to move diagonally. By adjusting A and B clockwise with an Allen wrench, the laser center point will move away from the wrench; similarly, by adjusting A and B counterclockwise, the laser center point will move to the side close to the wrench.

Operation steps: Put a piece of transparent tape on the nozzle, set the power to 10%-15% in the software, and then press Pulse/Laser to check whether the laser hole is in the center of the nozzle. If it is not in the center, adjust it to the center.
